RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

TheToolStop Pakistan is committed to providing you with the best tools and hardware supplies at the best prices.

If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please get in touch with us within the applicable return window which is 3 days of receiving the product. Your product may be eligible for a refund depending on the product and condition. Please get in touch for related queries.

Please keep in mind that products are not returnable if they are “no longer needed.”

If you have a problem with your device after it has been used or the return window has expired, we will refer you to the manufacturer’s warranty center (if applicable). If you have any warranty-related questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Valid reasons for returning items:

  • The delivered product is damaged or defective (physically destroyed or broken) (dead on arrival)
  • The delivered product is incorrect (presentation on the website differs) or incomplete (missing parts)

Invalid reasons to return or exchange and item:

  • The delivered product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product)
  • You have changed your mind about the purchase
  • The specifications do not match your needs
  • You do not like the product after opening the package.
